Today began the process of my first audit! It really isn't as bad as I thought it could be. Thank goodness. So far things are going smoothly. We'll see what we find out in the closing tomorrow. One thing is for sure - I certainly hold the branch to a higher standard of detail than the auditor audits to. But don't tell anyone. The secret works to my advantage. Nevertheless, the auditor is also opening my eyes to things we could be doing better. Which of course, I already knew that we're far from perfect. Here's to another successful year of passing our audit so we get to continue flying the flag of ISO. Happy Monday!
